The original Periodic Table of Internal Communication launched in December 2015. It was a collaboration between me and Alive With Ideas that resulted in a downloadable PDF that demonstrated how complex and (at times) chaotic internal communications can be.
Today I'm so happy to share that we've launched a refreshed version of the Periodic Table with new elements:
But even more than adding elements, we've added a new way for communicators to add additional depth to the table. At elementsofic.com, communicators can click into individual elements to find helpful content. And even better, communicators can also add resources to each of the elements. These could include articles, blog posts, research, podcasts or infographics - basically anything that will help add depth to the specific element.
What makes the Periodic Table of Internal Communication so great is that it will never be finished; it will never be complete. The world of internal communication changes so often that there will always be new elements and resources available.
Download your own Periodic Table of Internal Communication today and submit your most helpful resources.
